Warranty Terms

1.The warranty period for purchased products is 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.Within the warranty period, only defects that occur under normal usage conditions will be replaced free of charge. Please contact the store or authorized dealer where the purchase was made.
3.This warranty applies only to the product itself and does not cover any damages (loss of business, transportation costs, miscellaneous expenses, etc.) caused by product malfunctions or defects.
4.This warranty is valid only in the country where the product was purchased. If the purchased product is indirectly exported overseas, the application of these terms is excluded, and all responsibilities related to the product belong to the exporter, with the issuance of a determination certificate for export-controlled items.
5.The following cases will be charged even within the warranty period:
a) Lack of presentation of this warranty certificate, receipt, or proof of purchase when requesting a replacement.
b) Malfunction or damage caused by handling contrary to the instructions stated in the instruction manual or labels on the product, or due to relocation of the installation site after purchase, falling, impact, etc.
c) Malfunction or damage caused by incorrect use, improper modifications, or repairs.
d) Malfunction or damage caused by external factors such as fire, earthquake, flooding, salt damage, lightning, other natural disasters, or abnormality in the power supply during use.
e) Performance degradation or failure due to wear and tear of consumable parts, and replacement of consumable parts.
6.For repair requests after the warranty period, please contact the nearest construction contractor. Please note that Sugihan Corporation generally does not conduct repairs.
